Getting Started
Can you explain the process involved in translating documents?
There will be always a quote sent to you on your request for translation. Please fill in relevant details on our website at:
Acceptance of the quote is mandatory. Also make the payment via any major credit or debit card including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or via PayPal.
Next step would be to arrange translation and review of the translated text. Our staff will approach our certified translators whose subject-matter expertise and overall competency are earlier assessed. Apart from quality and accuracy, everyone is informed of the deadline for delivery so that no delay happens while delivering the document back to you.
Care will be taken to maintain the format and layout of the source document.
Once the translation process is completed to the satisfaction of the attending staff, the document will be emailed to you. In case of a physical copy is requested, the same will be shipped via reputed courier service.
All translation request has 30 days of duration for a revision request. Your document will be saved in an encrypted format with us for 40 days after which it will be shredded and erased completely.

Who will be translating my documents?
Documents are translated by our authorized human translators. We have translators worldwide, linguists with a minimum 3years of experience holding accreditations and certifications. Also, their subject-matter expertise and overall competency are earlier assessed while registering them as our vendors.
What will be the duration of the translation work?
It takes a minimum of 24 hours to deliver about 500 words of translation. Our translators are worldwide to facilitate access to resources. Please note that our quote will always convey the delivery time. Translation time depends on various factors like the language pair, word count, subject and complexity of the document, translator availability etc.
What steps do you take to keep my information secure?
Extreme care is taken to protect the client’s documents by saving it in an encrypted format.
1) Our staff as our employees have signed agreements with us and hence, we can assure your information secure with us.
2) Our translators too have signed SLA with us and we can assure you of security of your documents.
Are there any rejections in your translated documents?
Our translations are generally accepted by governments, courts, universities, etc. worldwide, but it is your responsibility to ensure our translation will meet the specific requirements of the receiving office. If you aren’t sure, contact us with a list of their requirements and we can review with you.
Can I provide supporting notes to the translator translating my document?
Yes of course. Since every translation requirement is different, you could communicate the same as checklist or references in the form of a file or if it a few of them you can add in at the bottom of the email.
What is a certified translation?
A Certified Translation varies from country to country. In general, a certified translation is a translation on our letterhead that is accompanied by a signed statement that the translator is competent in the source and target languages and that the translation is an exact translation of the source document and is complete and accurate.
How much does certified translation cost?
Certified translations are $24.95 per page. We offer several other optional services priced as follows:
Expedited turnaround to reduce turnaround time by 50%: $14.95 per page
Notarization to verify the authenticity of the translation: $14.95 per order.
First Class Shipping of the original translation to you: from $3 per order.
What will be delivered to me?
We will be delivering a certified translated document from one language to another by a professional translator with assurances that the translation is complete and accurate in a PDF format. In the event of a physical copy request, we will ship you an unfolded copy of the same document.
Do you offer notarization?
On Request, yes, we do notarize the document at an extra cost of $15 per order.
Do you evaluate foreign credentials?
No. We do not evaluate foreign credentials. We get your documents translated and our certified translations are perfect for submission to various government agencies and regulatory agencies.
Do you offer currency conversion?
Yes. We do offer currency conversion. Prevailing rate as on the date of request will be considered and will be conveyed.
Can you fill out forms on my behalf?
Sorry. You should fill up the form else, your requirements might get misconstrued.
Can you explain general translation?
Every text is unique, and this also applies to all translations. To us, general translation means, translation of those texts which could be manuals, text messages, press releases and other such general documents. Your text will be translated by a professional translator whose is native of the target language country. All we look in a translator is a broad understanding of localization taking into consideration the local market requirements, cultural idiosyncrasies and aesthetics. As always, every translation will be thoroughly checked by a reviewer.
How much will general translation cost to me?
The general translation is $0.10 per word. We also offer expedited turnaround, which reduces the turnaround time by approximately 50% for and additional $0.05 per word. In the case of huge volume too, the cost gets lowered depending on the volume. It is always better to request a formal quote. Receiving a quote and acceptance of the same is a healthy practice we follow for each job.
Does the translation need to be notarized?
It does not necessarily need to be notarized.
